About me
I am a psychotherapist offering therapy to adults in Cambridge (CB1) and online.
My approach is grounded in existential philosophy and ethics, as well as relational psychotherapy.
This means that I view therapy as a collaborative inquiry into the many dilemmas of being human. I do not see it as my role as to label, judge or diagnose. Rather, I see my role as to listen and support you in understanding what it’s like to be you in the world.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I volunteer with London Friend (Antidote) as a keyworker supporting LGBTQ+ individuals who are concerned about their relationship with drugs and/or alcohol.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist, I worked in qualitative healthcare research (academic and commercial) exploring people’s experiences of health, illness, and care.
